Refund Policy
No Refunds on Monthly Plans
Our virtual support services are billed monthly in advance. Due to the immediate allocation of resources, we do not offer refunds for partial months.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Unused Hours (Custom Plans)
For custom hourly packages, unused hours expire after 60 days and are not refundable.
Service Issues
If you experience a significant service failure, contact us within 7 days. We’ll work to resolve the issue or offer a credit for future service.
No Double-Charge Protection
If you’re mistakenly charged twice, we’ll issue a full refund for the duplicate charge upon verification.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
