We provide virtual and administrative support services to help you streamline operations.

You agree to provide accurate information and grant necessary access to tools for service delivery.

Services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and never disclose it without consent.

Client-owned materials remain your property. Work products created for you are transferred upon full payment.

Either party may terminate services with 7 days’ written notice. Outstanding fees remain due.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
